Do we need to put an * by this number?
Slamming Sammy hit his 600th homerun last night against the team he had his most for, the Cubs(545). But while Sammy has been a great hitter of the longball how come we aren't so impressed anymore? Did he use steroids? Either way can easily route for him or Ken Griffey Jr. more than Bonds.

This is a tragedy just like it will be when Bonds breaks the record.
I don't think Sammy Sosa would reach homerun #700 and beyond if he stays in AL. Too many great pitching is found in the AL. Thats my opinion.
